ACCELERATION PERFORMANCE WORKOUT TIP #1

"Exercise economy is key to having a great workout! Instead of doing bicep curls (which are time wasters), try doing reverse grip pull ups. If you can't do a pull up, try doing reverse grip lat pull downs! Not only will you work your biceps; you will also work your lats and core! More muscle groups trained means more calories burned!"
