Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's core or powerhouse (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health. Our new pilates classes will be taught by a certified pilates instructor. Classes begin September 2010. Register today to confirm your spot to better health!

Pre-season Basketball Training

Sprint faster, jump higher be stronger and become the dominant player on the court next season! Get the competitive edge you need to stand out from the rest and control the game like no one else, with training from Acceleration Performance - Basketball Manitoba's official SPEED and STRENGTH providers.


Prepare yourself for speed training, strength training, agility, jump training and skill work! This is an exclusive program. Maximum registration for this program is 12 girl ballers and 12 boy ballers! Girls session and boys sessions available! All weight training sessions will be held out of Acceleration Performance. All court sessions will be held out of Red River College. Each group will get 1 court session and 2 weight training sessions.
