Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

We perform a bi-annual Functional Movement Screen (FMS) per player at our affiliate 'Total Rehab and Sports Injury Clinic' to measure progress and evolve your program. The assessment detects movement issues and muscular asymmetries vital for injury prevention. The clinic's corrective exercises align with training, enhancing player well-being.
